Vermont Green Offices is a renewable energy – green technology demonstration facility. Since the building was acquired by Draker Solar Properties, LLC in October of 2004 a number of significant green upgrades have taken place. Awards
Waste Reduction Award by the Chittenden Solid Waste District. This award was presented at the 2005 Green Building Network’s Annual Meeting in front of 50 of the state’s most respected environmental professionals.
